GREENROOM

EventUp’s backend platform solution takes its name from the venue which accommodates actors before entering the stage to perform. Indeed, EventUp GreenRoom is a dedicated website that enables you to manage all the information related to your upcoming event, before the curtain call. The backend platform will let create the ‘database’ that feeds the modules of your App.

The GreenRoom will support you before, during and after your event. You do not need to install any software, you just have to login!
GreenRoom is composed of a customized dashboard and an intuitive interface in order to make it easier for you the data entry process.

BEFORE THE EVENT

You will be able to fill in all the information: event program, speaker details, chat channels, sponsors, exhibitors, locations, images and pictures, the Twitter feed for the event, surveys, venues, and many other event details.

DURING THE EVENT

GreenRoom lets you send alerts and reminders to your attendees through our Push Notification Service. Attendees will receive a notification on their device even if the app is closed. Hence, you will be sure that all attendees will receive your message. Moreover, you will be able to create and manage surveys, so attendees will share their opinion with just one-click from their mobile devices.

GreenRoom provide you with app usage and crowd analytics. App usage analytics are based on Google Analytics, integrated within our web-based platform. Crowd Analytics is performed through LBASense platform, which provides the valuable event site insights such as number of visitors, duration of stay and demographics.

BEACON

Beacons allow for contextualization of informations based on proximity by connecting the physical and digital worlds.

Beacons are small transmitters that broadcast Bluetooth low-energy (BLE) signals without draining your attendees battery. They prompt your event app to perform a specific action when attendees come within a certain range of the beacon.

You can set up a beacon so when attendees pass by it on their way out from a session, it will prompt the event app to open that session’s survey or next session program.

With beacon integration, the apps will become a valuable tool for indoor navigation. Attendees will see their position on the event map and they will get directions to reach their destination, be it a conference room, a booth, or the hotdog stand!

LBASense is a powerful technology for Location Based Analytics born by the great minds at DFRC, the Singapore company with whom we share our innovative approach in the development and  innovation.

In the Big Data era, LBASense is your ally in crowd analytics. It aims at understanding attendee habits and movements to improve your exhibitors’ and attendees’ next experience by learning how they behave.
LBASense counts people in large areas, passively measuring mobile phone signals. It counts, locates and tracks them in order to create statistical maps based on this data.

Final outcome is the access to valuable insights such as:

  • returning visitors
  • crowd distribution (heat map)
  • demographics (nationality rate analysis)
